charlottezwebLast night was ok. Weds night supper at the church. Baby refused to eat so he could go play. I got him to eat a bit of egg and cheese and then he ran off. Nursery girl brought him back 15 min later having captured him on his way out. Hungry, momma. Made him a plate; he ate three bites of chicken and said "done, momma, play now." Grr. Took him back to nursery, this time with plate.
Food not as good as usual and weirdly meat heavy--mac and cheese, baked chicken, turkey, ham, green beans. Normal side stuff (fruit, salad, cheese, eggs). Went to Dr Cornwell's lecture afterwards--wouldn't have been as boring if I hadn't already studied formation of new testament. (OddFact--Dr Cornwell is the ex of Patricia Cornwell, the writer.)
Baby stayed up for hours after we got home and woke at 630am this morning. WTF. Am getting desperate for more sleep.
Also, a roller derby team is being formed here for the first time. I would love to do it, but am scared because of the heart issue. Have to decide soon. (Honestly, if I'm being honest, I know I can't, but I really want to so am living in denial for a bit longer.)
