weird buffet--1 plate salad, 1 baked potato w/butter, sour cream and cheese, 1 bowl mushroom barley soup, 1 corn muffin, 2 chocolate chip muffins
shrimp and broccoli stir fry over brown rice
Not bad--except got carbed out at the buffet--reminder to self: it's a good idea to eat between 11am and 5pm.
