Baby is asleep and am just waiting for A to get home so I can go to bed...have lunch packed for tommorrow and clothes hung up and waiting--just don't have a new audiobook to listen to on my 1.5 hr commute. Too bad the library isn't open at 6am. :)

Graded for three hours today at B&N--ginger cake surprisingly like molasses applesauce cake--pumpkin latte only ok--I feel like I should be grading thme more in depth but honestly sometimes I just don't what to say bc it's so bad--I told several of them to rewrite their papers or everyword would've been marked up. Still have the big papers to grade but will do that during office hours on Tues.

It was nice to be at the bookstore unmolested--may make that a biweekly ritual...

Irriated by the british (seen on mystery) version of Inspector Lynley yet again--couldn't even watch it all the way through. Tommy is blond and quite good-looking, darn it--not darkly brunette and roughly featured. And Barbara is supposed to be unattractive--not the kind of unattractive that means the actress didn't comb her hair and is wearing a windbreaker, but actually plain. I couldn't bear to stay and see what they'd done to Helen or anyone else.

We've eaten our way through 17 applesauce molasses muffins and 1 cake. Just another 17 muffins to bake! (For what are hopefully obvious reasons.)

Hmmmm... I haven't read the Inspector Lynley books, so I like the series. For, umm, eye candy reasons I tend to prefer dark and a bit imperfect and the actor does have a divine voice.

The one that I have trouble with is the new Holmes series, where Holmes is a great looking young hunk. Ummm, no. Just no.
