Got to see pfunque which was nice--we went out for lunch with the baby which was not so nice (next time we'll get the food boxed at the beginning and save some frustration), but we only got to hang for about 45 min because she had to get back to work. Boo, work. :(

royceedward and I hung out for the rest of the afternoon until daddy got home from fishing--wow, toddlers are hard.

Drove around for an hour in the evening which was lovely--turns out there's a baby mountain so we drove up and looked at the view and the cool houses. Made a run for the border then went home and got a pay-per-view movie.

Now it's off to bed--I have tons of papers to grade tomorrow (but I get to go to B&N and get coffee to do it. :)

It gets better! Hang in there. We went out to El Cantinero tonight for boy's birthday dinner, and I didn't have to get up once! He ate much of his dinner, and then walked around inside and went outside with assorted uncles & aunt. Whee!! A whole meal. Sitting down! Eating my own food! Wow.

Mmm, El Cantinero...oh, by the way, Acey's never been to a fancy Mexcian place, so I wanna put Marianne's (Mary Ann's?) on the schedule when we're up.

I look forward to a real meal and will take heart...
