Mar. 2nd, 2006 08:29 pmWow, this is boring. My 8pm class is taking their midterm and I didn't bring anything to do. I could grade my 8am class's misterms but I forgot a pen. Oops.
Teaching is going well--I've got two English classes with students who are still in HS and ones returning from the workforce. The school emphasizes teaching instead of research, which is nice since these kids need a lot of teaching. A full time position has opened up and I'm submitting my application of Mon.
Acey's decided to go back to school in the fall--anyone know anything about industrial psychology?
We've met some more folks here in GA and have a routine down--so far it's nice (although both of us are full of wanderlust).
We get to go home for spring break--the baby's getting baptized/christened (is there a technical difference?) on March 19 per my mother's request. He's too big for a gown and bonnet, so I'm looking for what my mom calls a John-John suit.
The baby has 4! teeth now and has bitten my finger a few times--he's a terror on paper. :) He's also mastered crawling and can go backwards and forwards. He can pull himself to standing using one of us but not with a chair yet.

Date: 2006-03-03 03:09 pm (UTC)Sure. It's a subdivision of social psychology (interaction of individuals and groups) and largely focuses on applied psychology in business/industrial situations. Here's the link I have in my bookmarks, and it is a reputable site, with lots of additional links:

Hmmm, maybe you could take a picture of your finger, and make lots of copies? **grin**
