2 weeks and 2 days

So the baby is now 16 days old and is even cuter than when he was born. I'm doing pretty well--for those who saw me right afterwards, you'll be happy to know that yesterday I managed to get dressed and do some laundry and I no longer feel like anything is going to come apart. Reef is hanging out in his bouncy chair as I write this--it'll be time for him to eat again soon (he eats about every two to three hours)--and he slept most of last night, yay, which means his daddy and I are a little less sleep-deprived this morning. Today we have an adventure--I have to take the baby to the clinic to get blood drawn so they can check to see if his jaundice is lessening (it is), so I have to get dressed for real and the child gets his first subway ride! Oops, he's up!

Yeah, I know. I have them in iphoto, but I don't know how to get them onto my lj. If only there were computer experts in my house...

Sixteen days already! Wow. Good to hear you are doing pretty well. I bet I do not need to remind you to take it easy--that will come in oh, about four or five more weeks.
Reef, maybe your cousin can show you how to set up your LJ account. Peectures?

Heh. Yeah, I just cancelled my proposed whirlwind trip to SC for my grandfather's BD because I realized that I wasn't quite up to it yet. But the schedule for next month is already getting full--it's so tempting to make up for the last year when I was pregnant and couldn't travel, even though I know that I need to take it slow. :)

Pics really are coming--I just need to get someone to get them from iphoto to lj for me.
