Whew! and Game recs needed
Dec. 21st, 2004 02:20 pmThe baby has a strong and easily found heartbeat! 152 beats per minute! After all the excitement last weekend, this was most welcome news. Even the OB was a little surprised at how quickly she found it and how definite it was--so she told us that everything was going really well and not to worry about last weekend. I'm still supposed to take things very easy though and rest as much as possible.
So, with that in mind, does anyone have any recomendations for fun two player games? We played the Buffy game last night, which was fun, but we're going to need a larger selection, especially since something in our entertainment setup (tv/vcr/dvd player) has stopped working and is affecting the rest of the components.

Date: 2004-12-21 09:06 pm (UTC)We also play a dice game called "Farkle" which is good for 2 and more players. (We used to play a card game called "Yahootie" or "What the Hell" at family dinners precisely because it scaled up or down as needed.) If you have six regular (six sided) dice and a cup you might be in business. I will try to get the instructions on my web site sooner rather than later.
