Aftereffects from the milk incident

I think I have a sinus infection. Or my sinuses are very angry from the abuse. All yesterday I had a stuffy/runny nose and my head felt swollen and achey. I went home, took a bendryl sinus and went to bed. Now my headache is gone, but it feels like someone punched me in the face--not swollen but bruised--and I'm not sure if it's going to wear off or if something's gotten infected.
