charlottezwebForgot to post abt Xmas! Which was pretty nice. Had contractions all day so was a bit distracted but watched the baby open presents all day and ate steak--can't go wrong there.
Royce got a ridiculous number of gifts--we're thinking about celebrating Epiphany next year so he can open a couple of presents a day and maybe not be so overwhelmed. Or maybe limiting the number of gifts he gets or something.
My mom gave me a beautiful scarf she brought me back from Turkey and my sis got me a Wii Fit (woot!), plus H got me a book I really wanted and my MIL sent me a jewelry set (not to my taste but not hideous or anything). Acey got a new wallet and money clip, a very nice watch for dress up, and a couple of cool books (one on cooking and one on blowing stuff up). We were also given a box of meat (mmmmmmmmmm!), a video camera (double woot!), the complete works of Uncle Remus, and one of those giant pod coffee makers with multiple boxes of pods (a very nice gift but not something we needed or would use, so we exchanged it at BB&B for a new kitchenaid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! since our original one was stolen.)
The Wii fit is a blast! and I'm thrilled abt the kitchenaid!
