Out of the Past

The past is always with us. Or it is when you have friends who randomly send you pics from 20 some odd years ago. To wit:



The girl on the left is my BFF from HS (who emailed me this pic this am) and the girl on the right, well, I think her attitude speaks for itself.

Taken in either 1988 or 1999 on the HS campus in Shell House, a building banned to all those but members of the senior class.

dear lord, we looked alike in highschool, too. i'll see if i can post a picture later. oh, i know just the one.

(but i was never brave enough to flip anyone off until years later.)

You're kidding! As I posted it, I thought, "well, I'm sure Betsy and I looked different in HS." Heh.

And thank you for the right/left reminder--I was thinking the girl on her left but that's confusing enough without getting it wrong.
