charlottezwebOh, I almost forgot that Royce was telling us stories last night. We were pretending to be in the library and taking turns saying what subject we were interested in and he would take a book off the shelves and read it to us.
"Onceuponatimetherewasalittleboy." breathe "And a lion. And the little boy I don't care." pause "And he sat down on the potty and pooped and peed. And then he put his clothes back on. And flushed and washed his hands. And then he shut the door. That the end."
(We've been watching the Nutshell kids on video, so he was talking about Pierre (who only said, I don't care).
Then we got one about horses:
"The horses were in the barn and they woke up and worked and had a long day and then got baths and fed and went to bed. And the guy closed the barn door and locked it and got in the car. The End."
(which is daddy at the barn when we pick him up from work)
