So um, the movie Shoot 'Em Up? Two hours I will never get back. Dear Lord. <lj-cut text="spoilers, as it matters when the plot is so nonsensical">

And I don't usually mind a silly plot. But. The baby? The sudden money for a mechanical baby? The nonfloppiheadedness of the supposedly real infant? He carried this just out of its now dead mother's womb newborn like a football! Clive Owen was underacting and Paul Giamatti was over acting. He was seriously creepy though. Putting babies in danger and burning a working girl with the barrel of a just fired gun (not that realistic, btw) killed the enjoyment of the cool parts.

We spent some time arguing when it was over whether this or 30 Days of Night was worse.

But the carrots!! Deadly carrots!!!!! Between the carrots and the ridiculous death scene finale, I was laughing too hard to care.
