Oct. 31st, 2003 11:03 amWell, it's the last day of the month and I haven't posted in forever, so here are some random musing from the last few whatevers...
I had a birthday and it was awesome! Thanks to everyone who made it special--it was so nice to meet new people (especially since I liked them) and have cupcakes and presents and tiaras and stuff.
My car had an oil change and is much happier--now if only I could get to the car wash place to have the super-sized Dr Pepper I spilled down her dash cleaned off.
My partner is possibly moving in with me soon--yikes! Where to put the stuff in my tiny tetris house (shades of Dirk Gentley's couch) and how to convince him that dishes really do need to be rinsed if left in the sink.
24 is looking good, Angel is turning out better than I expected (would watch even if it were bad though), have gotten said partner hooked on both Angel and Buffy, as well as Survivor, but am not happy that Angel conflicts with the OC.
Am the only person in my branch office today and the only person so far in a costume--not elaborate, just a halo and wings over my normal top and jeans. Have a much better costume for tonight, but I won tickets about 6pm yesterday to a halloween harbor cruise that was leaving at 730pm, so I had to find me and a friend emergency costumes. I got angel, she got bunny. And when I got home from the cruise, there was a newly carved pumpkin complete with candle waiting for me on the porch.
Tonight I have a couple of possible parties/activities lined up, including a full cast Rocky Horror with all props allowed (even small water guns)--I'm going as a genie/belly dancer and will take lots of pics.
